Sir Shina Peters’ wife, Sammie, who was down with cancer and travelled to the United States of
America in search of cure, has returned to Nigeria hale and hearty. Speaking at a mini-reception organised for her by her husband, Sammie, who turned 56 last Monday, said: “I give
glory to God because my survival is God’s intervention and nothing more. I give God all the glory”.
Corroborating his wife, an equally elated Sir Shina Peters said: I give thanks to God for sparing my wife’s life, it’s not
about money but God’s favour.” Sammie was diagnosed for cancer about two years ago and she travelled to the United States in search of the cure.
